Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Assuming your order is in stock, you can expect the shipping (UPS Ground) to take 3-5 business days.
Backorders
Occasionally some items are temporarily out of stock. You will be notified via email if this is the case. Our items arrive from India and we will notify you when we expect your out of stock item to arrive.
Orders being shipped to addresses within California are charged 9.75% sales tax. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order date for store credit or exchange only. We offer no refunds. Please email customerservice@rakshabellaorganic.com for web sales return form. The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or special packaging materials. Please ship back securely packed, insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. Final sale items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

What does hand block-printing mean?
All our products are printed by hand, from hand carved wooden blocks which means that natural variations occur in color and texture. This hand made craft is what gives our product the look and feel we love so much.

What kind of dyes do you use?
All of our dyes are AZO-free (heavy metal free) dyes that have a low impact on the environment. They are color fast and do not fade in the wash.
How do I care for my Raksha Bella linens?
It is best for you and your product to use an eco-friendly detergent in a normal wash cycle that does not contain the harsh chemicals found in ordinary detergent.
